Our Services for Retail or Commercial Office Needs

We have available to our tenants, knowledgeable engineers, and county representatives to assist in making your business legal and viable. We want you to know just how special you and your project are at the Hilo Plaza Building. We will do our very best to ensure that you and your needs will always be met..
Parking has always been an issue in the downtown area; however, we have made agreements with our neighbors for month-to-month rentable parking stalls beginning at $30.00 per month.
We also have an opportunity to lease up 45+ stalls within close proximity to the Hilo Plaza Building; however, this will come with some restrictions and additional costs.
If your company has needs for this much parking, we can accommodate you.

2940 square feet on the ground floor are available
We have a certified cold kitchen delicatessen of 1512 square feet and an additional 1000 700 square feet for other retail services.
2ND FLOOR

3RD FLOOR
Professional Offices
Currently, there is an accountant office, Financial office, and Property manager. There are two offices available: an office that has a floor area of 2500 square feet and there is another 1750 square foot office available at this time. These larger offices need some interior finishing and/or build-outs, and rents may be abated while the infrastructure is under construction.
